Build lasting relationships with patients while providing comprehensive, evidence-based care.
Manage a patient panel averaging 18–22 patients per day (after ramp-up).
Deliver high-quality, outpatient primary care focused on prevention and wellness.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with clinical independence.
Communicate clearly with patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate electronic records using Athena EMR.
Required
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with EMR systems (Athena preferred)
Preferred
Active DEA license and Medicare provider number
3–7 years of clinical experience
Up to 6 weeks PTO annually (plus 6 major holidays + 1 float day)
