What You’ll Do:
- Engage with online leads, phone inquiries, and existing customers
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Present vehicle options, features, and benefits tailored to each customer
- Schedule appointments and ensure seamless hand-offs to the in-store sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Stay current on product knowledge and dealership promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive sales or Internet experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to set and achieve goals
- Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
