- Oversee multi-country tax compliance processes and coordinate with local finance teams and external advisors.
- Support the monitoring, assessment, and remediation of tax risks and tax control processes across the group.
- Contribute to the implementation of Pillar 2 and related global minimum tax frameworks.
- Support CBCR analysis and reporting, including process improvements and coordination of required data.
- Assist with tax audits, including managing information requests and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate with the central transfer pricing team where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvements, automation initiatives, and harmonisation of tax processes across jurisdictions.
- Build strong cooperative workflows with finance teams and relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
- 5+ years of professional experience in international tax, ideally with exposure to more than one country.
- Experience in a relevant in-house multinational role or shared service center; Big 4 experience is considered a plus.
- Education in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional tax qualifications are advantageous).
- Experience with Pillar 2 and CBCR analysis/filings is considered a strong plus.
- Understanding of transfer pricing principles is beneficial, but not a core requirement.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage but not required.
- Ability to communicate complex matters clearly, concisely, and commercially.
- Proven ability to collaborate across geographies and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style paired with strong team orientation.
