Department OverviewThe International Silvus Sales team is responsible for the sales of Silvus products, software and services via the extensive network of Channel partners and now via access to Direct customers through legacy MSI sales. The Sales Operations Manager role's primary focus is to support the International Sales VP and the sales teams with all operational tasks to drive efficiency across the sales team for forecasting and reporting.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the International Sales Operations Manager:
Working closely with the Silvus sales Team to drive efficiencies and growth.
Providing support to the International Sales VP and Silvus sales team
Daily, weekly, quarterly and annual forecasting & CV reporting
Ad-Hoc reporting as required
Operation reviews and Quarterly Business review presentations and support
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Managing and maintaining CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and new opportunities.
Creating regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance and KPIs.
Driving sales forecasting and quota setting processes for the sales organization.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales operations.
Providing training to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices
Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and pipeline management.
Sales Support
On boarding new hires with required training.
Working with the Global Operations team on identifying and supporting other training requirements
Working with Global and International counterparts to drive new tools, processes and collaborations.
Helping drive integration across MSI as and when required.
Working closely with finance, strategy and supply chain.
Basic Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or any related field, Masters a plus
2-5 years of experience in operations management or in sales
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and self motivation a must
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Experience of SalesForce/Zoho or related CRM and Tableau software
Advanced Excel skills
Possess critical thinking and investigative skills
Excellent Google sheets, docs and slides skills
AI Skills an advantage
Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
Good influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of channel distribution strategy and programs an advantage
Some travel (1-2 days every month may be required)
