As an International Revenues Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the UK Revenues Team — ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing across diverse revenue streams including Products, Services, Recurring Licences, and Support & Maintenance.

Additional Information
The successful candidate will be expected to support their allocated team while maintaining flexibility to assist across the wider function as business needs require.
The team is currently undergoing a systems transformation programme and therefore some processes are not yet fully integrated. As a result, the role will continue to evolve, providing opportunities to contribute to process improvements and system developments over time.
Due to the operational nature of the position, the role involves a significant volume of transactional and repetitive processing. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with high levels of detail, maintaining accuracy, consistency and efficiency while managing routine tasks.
Requirements
If you bring the following experience and skills, this role is the perfect fit for you:
- Oracle Net Suite Experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue‑recognition principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally in English.
- Experience in order management, contract administration, revenue accounting, or similar roles.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret contract language and pricing structures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to take ownership of work areas through to completion.
- Efficient, confident and organized.
- Ability to meet tight month end deadlines and other deliverables.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Accurate data entry/ inputting
- Experience in a Finance Environment.
