Own Civica’s enterprise data and integration architecture strategy, defining current and future-state architectures, scalable data models, integration patterns, governance standards, and migration strategies. Lead architectural direction across ERP, professional services automation, data transformation, and integration programs. Advise executives and partners, support data security and compliance, and establish enterprise-wide master data management and single-source-of-truth foundations for analytics, automation, and AI.

Lead a globally distributed Salesforce development team, establish engineering standards, design scalable Salesforce solutions, build enterprise integrations, guide architecture decisions, and mentor developers. The role requires hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce configuration, multiple Salesforce clouds, stakeholder collaboration, and technical governance. Salesforce certifications, CI/CD, CPQ, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, data migration, and Agile experience are preferred.

Manage and grow customer accounts for Civica Election Services by building relationships, supporting tenders and proposals, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating sales campaigns, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent election and democratic services.

Develop and maintain the Civica Polling Station application and election software. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, coding, troubleshooting, application support, bug fixing, testing, documentation, version control, code reviews, and compliance with quality processes. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, communicating technical details, and ensuring software quality while contributing to cloud product development.

Manage a customer portfolio to drive cash collections and reduce debt risk. Pursue overdue invoices, reconcile accounts, respond to debt enquiries, monitor account risks, maintain collection records, prepare statements, process card payments, and collaborate with internal teams to support cash flow and transformation initiatives.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities, build trusted relationships with senior customers, create quality sales pipeline, and maintain deal momentum through effective discovery, qualification, and commercial discipline. The role requires consistent activity, accountability for pipeline health and results, resilience, adaptability, and collaboration. It is based in Melbourne or Sydney, with at least two office days weekly, and includes structured onboarding and sales enablement support.

Leads the establishment and development of Civica’s finance shared services operations in India. Responsibilities include transitioning and migrating processes, overseeing billing, reconciliations and month-end close, strengthening financial controls, integrating NetSuite, defining KPIs and SLAs, driving automation and transformation, and building a high-performing finance operations team.

Serve as a central customer liaison within the Global Customer Success team: manage incoming requests across finance, product, engineering and delivery; coordinate cross-functional responses; quality-assure communications; identify recurring issues and drive improvements; provide engagement insights and reporting; partner with leadership to develop customer engagement approaches tied to business transformation goals.

Lead localisation and delivery of change activities for the APAC rollout of Certinia PSA. Engage stakeholders, coordinate communications, readiness, training, go‑live and post‑go‑live adoption to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Lead transformation of APAC LiveOps into a modern SRE and CloudOps capability. Define operating model, improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation and infrastructure as code. Partner with Product, Platform, Security and regional teams to reduce downtime, increase resilience and embed SRE practices across the region while building and coaching high-performing teams.

Translate global product marketing strategy into APAC execution. Develop regional value propositions, messaging, GTM plans, and sales enablement.
