The role requires hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce configuration, multiple Salesforce clouds, stakeholder collaboration, and technical governance. Salesforce certifications, CI/CD, CPQ, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, data migration, and Agile experience are preferred.

Manage and grow customer accounts for Civica Election Services by building relationships, supporting tenders and proposals, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating sales campaigns, maintaining Salesforce records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent election and democratic services.

Develop and maintain the Civica Polling Station application and election software. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, coding, troubleshooting, application support, bug fixing, testing, documentation, version control, code reviews, and compliance with quality processes. Lead transformation of APAC LiveOps into a modern SRE and CloudOps capability. Define operating model, improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation and infrastructure as code.
