Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for international recruitment requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and global employers throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain consistent engagement.
Convert leads into successful enrollments, applications, and closures, as applicable to the assigned process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Maintain accurate candidate information, follow-up records, and recruitment updates in CRM systems.
Provide candidates with relevant information about international job markets, visa procedures, and applicable migration requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely assistance.
Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 6 months or more of relevant experience can apply.
Experience in recruitment, counseling, sales, tele calling, customer service, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and candidate engagement abilities.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Willingness to work from the office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
