Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Partner Experience team as a International Project Graduate – Business Development & Customer Loyalty!
When installers join our loyalty program, they are known as partners. The Partner Experience team is responsible for improving our partners' overall experience when engaging with Bosch, while preparing them for the future.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
You will be working with the ‘International Project Manager – Installer Concepts and Development’ to introduce new ideas, services and marketing assets which will support installers and their business.
Your main duties will also include:
- Supporting local international markets (employees from Bosch within individual countries) with requests and other enquiries relating to partner experience and customer loyalty
- Capturing internal and customer facing processes and requirements from individual countries, and then standardising them to work across multiple international markets
- Helping to validate concepts and related solutions prior to roll-out
- Researching technological advances and trends that will be instrumental in our partner program.
You will work in close cooperation with other International Project Managers. Roll-out project managers will often implement your work, therefore a comprehensive handover of your project to your colleagues is vital.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
- A graduate degree from university
- Experience related to project management, marketing and/or customer experience
- Knowledge of marketing systems, processes and best practices
- Strong organisational and planning skills to meet deadlines as well as multi-task, all while providing quality support
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Confident presentation skills to effectively communicate concepts and solutions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive towards learning and problem-solving
- Flexible approach to work including out of office hours
- Good overall standards of literacy and numeracy
- Good IT skills and practical knowledge of standard Windows software.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- At least 12 months experience related to project management, marketing and/or customer experience.
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

Contract Duration: 24 months
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
