As an International Private Bank - Data Distribution Project Manager Vice President within the Data Distribution Team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and ongoing enhancement of virtualized data products for the International Private Bank's new strategic platform.
Data Distribution Team is responsible for data products distributed through Denodo, a leading data virtualization platform. The role blends project management and product support, requiring someone who can manage complexity, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help deliver data solutions that empower business, operations, and technology teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the data product strategy and vision.
- Coordinate and track project plans, monitor progress, resolve impediments, and help ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Build strong relationships and facilitate communication between teams.
- Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and timely delivery of features.
- Help write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Partner with data architects and engineers to support robust data distribution, consumption, and governance across the platform.
- Work closely with Denodo infrastructure to optimize data virtualization, distribution, and access.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones to senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Significant experience in project management, product support, or related roles within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of data management, data distribution, and consumption in a banking or financial services context.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable project deliverables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong understanding of data management, data distribution, and consumption in a banking or financial services context.
- Experience with Denodo or similar data virtualization platforms is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com)
- Technical/data literacy, with a particular focus on data virtualization and Denodo infrastructure
