Specific responsibilities of the role:
Process of several international outsourced payrolls
Ensures compliant payments of salaries, taxes and social charges for all countries on a timely and monthly basis;
Reviews and updates monthly vacation accruals
Books payroll entries in the accounting system
Reconciles payroll accounts with General Ledger on a monthly basis;
Ensure compliance with the company policies and our SOX and other control procedures;
Supporting specific payroll projects
Maintains and protects employee information and payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
1 to 3 years’ experience in a Finance/Human resources department
Detail and numbers oriented and strong documentation control skills;
Strong excel skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently;
Appropriate handling of confidential information;
Ability to work within a multinational environment;
Pro-active; hands on mentality; motivated; team player;
Fluent in English; any other language an advantage;
Swiss citizen or valid Swiss working permit;
