The Role

Everbridge, a global provider of critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking an experienced International Operations Administrator to be based in Budapest, Hungary! We offer the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. Additionally, the shift pattern for this role includes dayshift, nightshift, and weekend shifts.

 

We are a technology led, business resilience and critical event management solutions company offering among other things 24/7/365 global assistance to the expatriate and business travelling employees of our clients.

 

As an International Operations Administrator you will be reporting to The Head of International Assistance and responsible for supporting administration activities associated with case & task management, handling of initial incident reports, and communications.

What you'll do:

  • Department email inbox management
  • Inbound and outbound emails
  • responding to emails and providing detailed responses and advice
  • creating cases within the dedicated case management system
  • Daily task management within the case management system
  • Provide first class customer service through administrative support to the team and our clients in response to client situations across the globe following dedicated standard operational procedures
  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues and peers to support all aspects of the case lifecycle, including case notification, verification, authorisation, task reassignment/case handover and case closure
  • Accurately record data and relevant details of the incident/case within Anvil’s dedicated Case Management System
  • Produce detailed situation reports for client awareness and be familiar with our clients and their specific day to day needs as well as their emergency procedure requirements
  • Support medical assessments and treatment abroad with the clinical team members
  • Support the security teams according to individual client requirements
  • Assist the launch and managed service of the Mass Communications Platforms
  • Actively monitor receipt of check-in & SOS alert emails from travellers
  • Have experience of Case Management Software and administer and maintain data using a range of specialist software and internal security software
  • Review and develop processes and procedures in line with client requirements
  • Contribute to regular team meetings and ensure effective handover and/or feedback to deliver a seamless service 24/7
  • Know when to escalate issues, risks, ideas to ensure business effectiveness
  • Adhere to Everbridge’s vision and values

  • Excellent telephone communication and administrative skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate at all levels of the business
  • Have excellent customer service skills, 
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Able to learn & understand new & relatively complex systems
  • Able to work a shift rota including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Bilingual – desirable but not essential
