Given the high number of acquisitions completed every year, the post-merger integration process has become strategic for the TeamSystem Group to achieve the growth and synergies expected for each acquisition and to ensure a smooth and successful transition of the new companies and products acquired within TeamSystem ecosystem. For this reasons, a dedicated Integration Team has been created and it is also growing internationally to support TeamSystem expansion strategy.
The Transformation & Value Creation Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with M&A Department and Business Unit General Management.
We seek a talented Integration Manager who will focus on the post-merger integration of new businesses within the Group Transformation and Value Creation team.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
Driving TeamSystem international integration strategy, projects and initiatives related to the post-merger integration of all international acquisitions done by TeamSystem in Spain.
Supporting the BU in monitoring the performance of the acquired companies and achieving the new businesses their growth through specific projects and integration initiatives.
Orchestrating complex cross-border integration workstreams, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure flawless deal execution and the delivery of long-term synergy value.
What skills are we looking for?
4 to 7 years of experience as a consultant or in Corporate Organizations focusing on Post Merger Integration, Strategy, Transformation or Change Management.
Understanding of the Integration Journey (PMI) as part of the M&A end-to-end acquisition process.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a structured manner, coordinating initiatives involving cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, focused on achieving results and managing relationships independently with acquired companies’ entrepreneurs and TeamSystem management.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams, lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, and prioritize deliverables to meet deadlines with a strong results-oriented approach.
Spanish and English proficient knowledge, Italian and/or other additional European language is a plus.
MSc in Economics or Engineering.
Flexibility in travelling nationally and internationally frequently, mainly between Spain and Italy.
