Agropur is seeking a 6-month International Documentation Coordinator at our Eden Prairie, MN office to support global export operations by ensuring accurate shipping documentation, trade compliance, and seamless coordination with logistics, customs, and internal business partners.

Your role in achieving results:

  • Prepare and process export documentation to support international shipments.

  • Ensure shipping documents comply with customs, trade regulations, and company requirements.

  • Verify shipment details and resolve documentation issues to prevent shipping delays.

  • Partner with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth global operations.

  • Support customs clearance activities and maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.

  • Continuously improve documentation processes and support safety and GMP standards.

  • Leverage your logistics, international business, or transportation experience to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, international business, exports, or a related field; dairy export experience is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, import/export documentation, and global supply chain processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset

Skills Required
