We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are interested in building a career in International B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct market research to identify potential companies, decision-makers, and business
opportunities aligned with our conferences and events.
● Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead
generation platforms.
● Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and professional
networking.
● Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between prospective clients and the sales
team.
● Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and internal databases.
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients.
● Meet daily and monthly activity targets related to lead generation and meeting setup.

Requirements
● Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in lead generation, pre-sales,
inside sales, business development.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
● Good research and analytical skills.
● Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with international clients.
● Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, AI tools and internet research tools.
● Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
