Smith is looking for an International Account Representative to join our SMITH team. Once you join this team, you will be a part of OneSMITH. Description:

  • Train closely with sales representatives and sales leadership to develop specific strategies to generate sales leads, industry growth and identify the best way to represent Smith.
  • Research potential clients through tools such as CRM, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to verify viability, contact information and promote company brand to target markets.
  • Enter and maintain customer profiles into Smith’s internal sales database.
  • Heavy cold calling and prospecting of customers to advertise the value-added services Smith offers.
  • Fine tune relationship building and full account management while qualifying leads and requirements from customers.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to stay informed of inventory.

  • Willingness to make outbound phone calls every day.
  • Aptitude to connect with customers over the phone, build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability manage proprietary data.

Requirements:      

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
  • Preferred Bachelors in International Business Trade or Business Administration related field
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior sales or sales support experience preferred
