Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management for long-term training initiatives and career path curricula
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and blended learning materials, with a focus on instructor-led training and on-the-job application
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine training objectives and content requirements
- Design and create high-impact learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant content , job aids, agent communications, and detailed content outlines
- Ensure the learning experience is engaging and effective by incorporating adult learning theories, advanced instructional strategies, and opportunities for real-world practice
- Manage existing learning programs, including updating course content, adapting materials for different formats, and ensuring all documentation remains current
- Upload and manage all learning content within modern Learning Management Systems (LMS), including the Oracle Learning Management System and Workday Learning Management System
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Instructional Design, Communications, Education or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record of applying adult learning theories to design complex, multi-part curricula
- Experience utilizing training creation tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Package and other content design software
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from conception to evaluation and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on technical writing and content design
- Stay current on LMS platforms and emerging learning technologies, including immersive learning experiences, gamification, and the application of AI to instructional design

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year
