Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be a key member of our Ideal branch in Maroochydore and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

The hours will be 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday with an additional Saturday morning every second weekend 7am-11am which will be paid in overtime rates.
A typical day will involve
- Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
- Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
- Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained
- Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls.
- Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
