Job Description

In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Hobart and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

Qualifications

  • You bring positive energy to the team and are wanting to be an expert in your field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or service role, preferably within the electrical industry or similar technical environment
  • Strong product knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise through structured learning programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • A collaborative mindset 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail 
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our global standards
  • Preferred: Experience in an induction or onboarding environment, or background in technical sales support
  • Preferred: Familiarity with electrical industry products, suppliers, or customer requirements
