PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
· Support our sales department internally by writing offers, order confirmations and sales orders
· Support our existing customers with inquiries about our services and offerings
· Support the accounting department in the preparation of invoices and preparatory bookkeeping
· Support the management with reporting
COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
· You enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
· You have experience in internal sales and ideally in preparatory accounting
· You have experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle or accounting programs such as DATEV
· You enjoy working with customers in a solution-oriented manner
· You are open-minded, curious and persistent
· You have a feel for and/or understanding of digital markets/business models
· You have the motivation to familiarize yourself deeply with topics and become an expert in them
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· First startup experience is a bonus
· You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
