Supports client services project managers with account coordination, client communications, biological material receipt and inventory management, shipment preparation, documentation review, data entry, discrepancy follow-up, reporting, and quality-system compliance. The role coordinates logistics for biological specimens, maintains accurate electronic records, follows GDP and IATA requirements, responds to routine client requests, and supports regulated cryorepository operations. Lead Cryoport's Consulting Services organization overseeing program management, validation engineering, and testing laboratory operations. Drive revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, proposal and project execution, scalable processes, and lab certification (e.g., ISO 17025, ISTA). Manage cross-functional teams, develop offerings, implement tools and KPIs, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with quality standards.

Manage BioServices daily operations including supervision, scheduling, inventory, kit assembly, labeling, quality documentation, SOP writing, GMP compliance, training, and coordination with program managers to ensure on-time delivery and safety in temperature-controlled/cryogenic environments.

The role involves maintaining and improving services for data processing, optimizing implementations, refactoring code, and increasing test coverage.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages collections, resolves account discrepancies, reconciles accounts, and assists with financial reporting and audits.
