HR-Generalist (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter für einen definierten Bereich in personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Komplette Bearbeitung aller personalrechtlichen Aufgaben – von der Vertrags- bis zur Zeugniserstellung unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher, tarifvertraglicher, betrieblicher und arbeitsvertraglicher Bestimmungen
- Definieren von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für ausgewählte Mitarbeiter, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich und der Personalentwicklung
- Begleitung des Personalauswahlprozesses und von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten
- Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Steuerung des jährlichen Leistungsbeurteilungsprozesses
- Begleitung von Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen
- Erstellung von Personalreports, Berichten und personalrelevanter KPIs sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Auswertungstools
Ihr Profil:
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Aufgabenstellung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Arbeits- sowie Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und im Tarifrecht
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit rhetorischem Geschick
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
- Idealerweise sozialversicherungsrechtlicher und abrechnungsrelevante Kenntnisse
