Internal Recruiter - Onsite in Leeds
The successful candidate for this role will have overall responsibility for all hiring activity for our contact centre in central Leeds. Supporting our Transportation sector, this role offers an experienced recruiter the chance to join a Global Talent Acquisition team and play an integral part in the continued success of this project.

Shift: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
Core Responsibilities:

Lead all recruiting activity for this office location, partnering with the business stakeholders, supporting applicants through hiring process and onboarding.

Advocating Conduent as an employer of choice at all times.

Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

Candidate experience is extremely important to us and you will be fundamental in creating a welcoming, relaxed but professional environment for those participating in the recruitment process.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Conduent’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Required Skills:

Relevant experience in the recruiting industry hiring volume technical agents for the Contact Centre industry as well as Management and Support Staff.

Ability to implement advanced searches and sourcing strategies.
-
Experience using engagement strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and standard sourcing channels.

Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates.

Understanding of local employment market and best practice to execute successful hiring activities on time.

Experience in a sourcing to hire recruitment role.
-
Experience building and utilising a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive search and online channels.

Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilising job channels, events, education partners, employee referral programs, social media and other tools.

Good knowledge of recruitment tools (Boolean search logic, MS Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn etc).

Strong communication skills, organisational and negotiation skills.

Able to work in a stand-alone role as part of an international team. You will work alongside colleagues based in other locations globally and report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
