Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily facilities operations at our GDC Sofia office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. It plays a vital part in supporting business continuity and smooth day-to-day operations across all teams on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing correspondence, emails, and Teams requests

  • Preparing reports, documentation, and presentations

  • Coordinating office supplies and procurement

  • Scheduling and organizing meeting rooms

  • Organizing business trips and coordinating business visits, including meeting room bookings, hotel reservations, and transfers

  • Coordinating all activities related to office events, senior executive visits, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution

  • Attending mandatory OHS meetings every 2-3 months

  • Supporting ISO certification processes and compliance initiatives

  • Expense tracking for facility, marketing, social events, and health and safety

  • Coordinating with HR, IT, and Finance teams for operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Able to work from the office 5 days a week.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing or administrative roles

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills for effective communication and collaboration

  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial documents relevant to daily operations
