Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily facilities operations at our GDC Sofia office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. It plays a vital part in supporting business continuity and smooth day-to-day operations across all teams on site.
Responsibilities:
Managing correspondence, emails, and Teams requests
Preparing reports, documentation, and presentations
Coordinating office supplies and procurement
Scheduling and organizing meeting rooms
Organizing business trips and coordinating business visits, including meeting room bookings, hotel reservations, and transfers
Coordinating all activities related to office events, senior executive visits, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution
Attending mandatory OHS meetings every 2-3 months
Supporting ISO certification processes and compliance initiatives
Expense tracking for facility, marketing, social events, and health and safety
Coordinating with HR, IT, and Finance teams for operational efficiency
Requirements:
Able to work from the office 5 days a week.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing or administrative roles
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and soft skills for effective communication and collaboration
Basic understanding of accounting and financial documents relevant to daily operations
