Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving commercial growth?
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team, taking ownership of a portfolio of customers ranging from Β£2m to Β£10m+ turnover.
This is a sales role focused on retention, account growth and maximising customer value. You will be responsible for growing revenue across your portfolio through strategic account management, product adoption, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
You'll become a trusted commercial partner to your customers, understanding their business goals and helping them maximise the value of Epos Now's products and services.
What you'll be doing π
π Growing account revenue through upselling, cross-selling and product adoption
π€ Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
π Developing and maintaining strategic account plans
π― Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Reviews
π³ Driving adoption of Epos Now Payments and Embedded Finance products
π Identifying opportunities for customer growth and expansion
π£ Acting as the voice of the customer within Epos Now
π Maintaining accurate pipeline, account plans and customer activity within Salesforce
β οΈ Identifying and managing churn risks before they impact retention
π€ Working with Product, Service and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
