Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Internal Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Clinton, MS.

Comprised of more than 25 boutique brands, we are creating a more seamless way to connect the varying needs of our retail partners with the market clout and talents of our wholesale entities. 

 

As the Internal Marketing Representative, you will provide administrative support for the Marketing Department and the Executive VP of Marketing. 

  

How You Will Contribute:  

  • Maintain a database of active insurance agents.  

  • Process new insurance agent setups and updates to existing insurance agents.  

  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for the marketing department. 

  • Maintain and update the insurance product catalog for each state in which the company conducts business.  

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department. 

  • Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents.  

  • Perform general office duties to include but are not limited to answering incoming phone calls and emails and ordering office supplies as needed.  

  • Prepare and coordinate the release of information blast provided to insurance agents.  

  • Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.  

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
