Own internal events from concept to execution across online, offline, and hybrid formats;
- Design engaging employee experiences, including seasonal celebrations, team-building activities, workshops, challenges, trips, and knowledge-sharing sessions;
Create and manage branded corporate merchandise from idea to controlling the process of production and delivery;
Collaborate closely with other departments to align on messaging and goals;
Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, travel logistics, production, and event budgets with strong attention to detail;
- Manage the internal events calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of initiatives that support company culture and business priorities;
Gather feedback and event insights to continuously improve engagement and event quality;
Oversee photo and video production, ensuring high-quality content that reflects our brand standards;
Stay on top of employee engagement, event, and experience-design trends, bringing fresh ideas and new formats to the team.
2+ years of hands-on experience in event management;
Proven experience delivering successful online and offline events independently;
Proven experience creating branded merchandise from scratch, including concept development, vendor sourcing, production, and quality control;
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern event and brand experiences;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
Experience in tech, iGaming, startups, or other high-growth international companies is a strong plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset;
