Summary:
As the Internal Customer Support Specialist, you will support Sales Representatives and internal partners by accurately processing replenishment orders, coordinating inventory movement, and resolving order, shipping, and return-related needs. You will provide responsive service, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure products are available when needed.
What You Will Do:
- Enter and process Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.
- Manage inventory transactions and product movement between sub-inventories using WMS/ERP systems.
- Coordinate product returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through routine checks and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
- Troubleshoot order, product, inventory, and workflow issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Partner with Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, and return-related needs.
- Provide timely, professional communication and updates to Sales Representatives and internal partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
