POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for planning and executing internal communication and employee engagement strategies for Embraer’s U.S. operations. Partners with leadership to deliver effective communications, foster a strong organizational culture, and enhance employee engagement through strategic programs, events, and communication channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies and plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage internal communication channels, content, and campaigns for U.S. employees.
- Partner with leadership to create and deliver impactful employee communications.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, culture, and DE&I initiatives.
- Plan and support employee events, town halls, and leadership forums.
- Coordinate localization of global communication programs and messages.
- Manage emergency and critical employee communications when required.
- Ensure communication consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all channels.
- Support administrative and operational communication processes, including SAP-related activities.
- Monitor communication results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, or related areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
