Job DescriptionThe role is responsible for shaping and delivering internal communications across various projects and business areas, while also managing key communication channels. As part of the Corporate Affairs team, it requires strong awareness of TAL’s strategic goals, reputation, and culture.
The ideal candidate will be curious, proactive, and creative in helping share impactful stories with employees. The position focuses on producing internal communications that enhance employee engagement and clearly convey the company’s strategy, goals, and people-related initiatives in an engaging and meaningful way.
In This Role You Will
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team members to prioritise and deliver initiatives that communicate TAL’s strategic narrative in fresh and engaging ways.
Work closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to advise on, design, and implement internal communication plans that align with strategic priorities and strengthen employee engagement.
Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of internal communication projects, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across teams.
Oversee major internal communication channels, including the intranet, Viva Engage, and company-wide newsletters.
Produce and refine multimedia content, such as videos and social posts, including content for LinkedIn.
Deliver strategic guidance and hands-on support for the planning, technical setup, and production of key events such as Roadshows, Town Halls, and offsite sessions.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in communications.
Proficient in digital tools and technologies, including video production and live-streamed events.
Skilled creative writer, able to simplify complex messages and tell clear, engaging stories.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Experienced in PowerPoint and design, with a solid understanding of brand guidelines.
Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
