Job DescriptionYou will have the opportunity to support corporate communications for Bosch Group in Romania across a diverse business and topics utilizing multiple communication channels.
Communication:
- Content Creation & Distribution: Conceptualize and create content such as reports, presentations, brochures, for internal and external channels (corporate website, social media, print materials).
- Strategic Support: Understand and support the implementation of the Bosch Romania communication strategy.
- Research & Analysis: Research external data (political, economic, trends) to support GM communications.
- Internal Communication: In alignment with the annual strategy, you will create content to maintain internal communication channels, support and execute internal communication activities and events for RBRO Bucharest.
- External Communication: Support the communication team in organizing external communication events.
- Supplier Management: Maintain contact with communication and event suppliers; supervise the creation of communication materials and events.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- CSR Program Development & Implementation: Identify, plan, develop, and implement CSR programs for the Bucharest headquarters and/or at a national level.
- CSR Program Coordination: Coordinate CSR programs, including volunteering, charitable actions, sponsorships, and logistical aspects, for the Bucharest headquarters.
- CSR Tracking & Reporting: Track CSR initiatives and events, including post-event analyses, participant and beneficiary numbers, budget, activities, and satisfaction rates.
- CSR Communication: Create and publish materials related to CSR actions for the Bucharest headquarters and the Bosch Group in Romania, across various channels (website, intranet, social media) to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Budget Management: Manage the CSR budget for the Bucharest headquarters, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and legislation.
- Foundation Liaison: Maintain contact and collaborate with the Bosch Romania Foundation.
Education:
- Advanced degree in a communication-specific studies such as corporate communications, journalism, marketing communications, online communications, languages (English).
Experience:
- 3-4 years’ experience in operational communication field (corporate communication, PR agency, journalism, marketing communication, media relations, NGO);
- Strong skills in editing and writing target-group specific content for various formats (internal/external);
- Track record in research skills (political/economical/trends), content creation/storytelling;
- Project coordination or event organization experience;
- Experience in leading external vendors or service providers/agencies;
- Experience with CSR projects or volunteering activities.
