Internal Communications & Community Engagement European Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy coordinator to support myBBH intranet operations and inclusion/philanthropic community engagement activities across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing digital content management, event planning, and communications while bringing strong attention to detail, creativity, and a service-oriented mindset to every project.

myBBH Intranet Support (60%)
  • Maintain and update intranet content to ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standards.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to create, edit, and publish new pages and content.

  • Support site organization and navigation improvements to enhance the employee experience.

  • Perform routine quality assurance checks for formatting, accessibility, accuracy, and overall presentation.

  • Assist with digital communications needs tied to intranet campaigns, announcements, and related employee engagement initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support for intranet-related work.

Europe Event Planning & Inclusion Support (40%)
  • Support the planning and execution of community engagement activities across Europe, including scheduling and coordination logistics.

  • Help develop and distribute communications to promote events, drive participation, and recognize engagement.

  • Coordinate internal event materials such as invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, supplies, and vendor needs.

  • Assist in managing timelines, calendars, and follow-up actions to keep initiatives on track.

  • Contribute to reporting and documentation related to participation, outcomes, and program activity.

  • Provide flexible support on special projects and other community engagement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in communications, marketing, business, event management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, intranet/content management, event planning, employee engagement, or a similar coordination-focused role.

  • Strong English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort working with digital tools, content management systems, and event coordination platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies.

  • Sound judgment, initiative, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • A positive, service-oriented approach and interest in supporting employee engagement and community impact initiatives.
