Role Overview:
Primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of instruments as well as customer happiness within a given area. Is anxious to find solutions to minor reagent problems and perform in a defined territory
Scope:
Trainee will be involved in project installation, PPM, troubleshooting and after he got trained by senior engineer, some technical tasks will be assigned to him under Abbott engineer supervision, there are several technical tasks which trainee can perform based on the platform he will be trained on and skill of the trainee himself
What you’ll do?
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner at all times to develop and preserve a favorable customer relationship and achieve customer happiness
- Perform emergency repair and preventative maintenance at site.
- Perform modification and engineering updates at customer site.
- Give customers instructions on how to change instrument parts, and how to apply the instrument related software.
- Handle service calls within assigned area.
- Prepare detailed documentation of each service call.
- Sell service agreement renewals
- Tackle problems associated with the instrument, operator and any application.
- Identify situations building customer dissatisfaction and implements corrective action to resolve.
- Implement major product upgrades relative to their assigned product group.
Requirements:
- Bio Medical Engineer Fresh graduates
- Fluent in English
