- Plan, film and edit professional employee-facing videos.
- Capture high-quality photography for internal communications, campaigns and events.
- Develop creative video concepts, shot lists and storyboards.
- Film interviews, operational footage, events and employee stories.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, graphics, music and transitions.
- Select, edit and prepare photography for use across internal communication channels.
- Ensure all content follows company brand and visual standards.
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable content.
- Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Media, Photography, Digital Content, Communications or a related field.
- Strong video filming, photography and editing skills.
- Experience using professional cameras and video equipment.
- Proficiency in relevant video and photo editing software.
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling and visual quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident working with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.

Emirates Flight Catering is one of the world’s largest catering operations, serving hospitality groups, organisations, and more than 100 airline customers. It provides airline, events, and VIP catering, plus laundry, food production, and airport-lounge food-and-beverage services. Its large-scale facilities produce meals using advanced food-processing and handling systems, while diversification includes retail products, e-commerce, and Emirati catering at Dubai International Airport.
