The position / About the Job:
In this job the Intern would be responsible for:
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.
• Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
• Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
• Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.
• Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

As a person, you are customer oriented, a team player, outgoing, proactive with a willingness to learn & collaborate with associated stakeholders. You are structured in your approach & comfortable with working on multiple overlapping assignments. You have a discerning eye for the details as well as able to have a holistic view of the situation.
Educational Qualification
Graduate (National Diploma - Chemical/Mechanical), Business Administration (Preferably in sales & marketing)

Skills Required
- Graduate (National Diploma) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration (preferably Sales & Marketing)
