Role Overview:
Join our Wealth Support team as an intern and play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, processing client communications, and supporting digital service adoption. You'll handle document management, outbound calls, and provide top-quality support via phone, email, and secure messages - all while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving data quality
- Handling scanning and archiving of clients’ documents
- Handling postal letters from clients and process instructions
- Perform Outbound Calls for undelivered mail, missing information or any other, as required
- Processing assigned tasks including but not limited to data remediation
- Providing support to customers via telephone, emails and secure messages whilst abiding by applicable policies and procedures;
- Encouraging customers to execute standard transactions online or mobile app by guiding them through the process
- Ensuring that customer communication is timely and meets high quality standards as well as regulatory and legal requirements
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- You are a final-year Bachelor or Master’s student in the process of getting your degree in Banking / Business Administration / Finance / Economics related field
- You possess strong organisational skills; you have an eye for detail, and you are a solution seeker
- You possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are proactive and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
