Job Description- Manage a portfolio of longtail (SMB) accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and tracking progress towards objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the quality of our vendors’ offerings and services.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address various vendor-related challenges and situations.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts to facilitate goal achievement and monitor performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for improving vendor quality and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or another related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
- Experience in active deals and promotion is a plus.
- Experience in a related role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
