The Team:
Value Engineers (VE) are spearheading our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers. In their day-to-day roles, VEs work in partnership with multiple stakeholders from the Product, Services and Sales organisations, overseeing and managing key aspects of our customer engagement model. To become a strategic Value Engineer requires a deep knowledge across our core platform, processes & use cases, value realization and customer success domains.
The Role:
To equip our VE organization with the right skills and tools which ultimately help them to support our customers, we have a dedicated VE Enablement Team. Our goal is to onboard VEs as efficiently as possible and provide relevant and timely training to upskill the field. The internship position within the team will help you be involved in different awareness, onboarding and upskilling initiatives that equip our VE field teams to excel in their day-to-day jobs. This role reports directly to the Value Engineering Enablement Director.
The work you’ll do:
- Help drive the Value Engineering Enablement reporting & documentation: be in the driver seat of key analytics projects which help us to gain actionable insights across different enablement programs and help us design future engagement models
- Drive the operationalisation of our new onboarding Journey 180: work closely with the Celonis platform to set and maintain key automations and workflows which collect and track onboarding components
- Create and maintain key assets: you’ll get to create and edit learning content as well as ensure proper storage of enablement materials & assets in appropriate knowledge management repositories
- Support the execution of strategic learning programs: work alongside senior members of the team to help them drive effective program design, management and deliver a best-in-class enablement experience
- Coordinate enablement communications with key stakeholders: liaise with multiple teams across different programs to help advance enablement outcomes
- Collaborate in local Madrid Hub initiatives: join forces with our vibrant Madrid Hub teams in supporting various inter-departmental projects that help elevate the learning experience across our teams
The qualifications you need:
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in the field of Business Analytics, Business Management/Administration, Customer Experience or equivalent
- Experience in SaaS sales, customer success or consulting is a plus
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies, web service technologies, databases etc.
- Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Databases
- Passionate and proactive individual eager to learn and contribute
- Excellent project management & organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different timezones
- Ability to comprehend complex and interconnected topics to drive structured outputs
- Hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented working style
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (German, Spanish or other languages proficiency are a plus, but not a requirement)
- Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things
- Able to sign an university agreement with a Spanish University
