Intern – Technical
(Based at MAS Ayathi - Biyagama)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pattern making attention to customer fits & catch the basic rules of customer fittings
Follow up the sample room process with a sewing technician.
Preparing dispatch details when sending the package to customer.
Support the pattern grading process under the guidance of senior technicians
Perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical specifications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Textile and Apparel, Statistics or Diploma Qualification (NDT) background, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
Knowledge on software like Gerber will be an added advantage
Knowledge and capability in Analytical Tools, Data management and Project management skills would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft package, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
