Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tech pack and sewing meetings to understand product requirements.
- Support the team in pattern development and checking to ensure accuracy.
- Help ensure patterns match design requirements and are ready for production.
- Work with team members to clarify technical details when needed.
- Assist in checking samples to make sure they meet required standards.
- Support in updating and maintaining technical documents on time.
- Help incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
- Participate in fit sessions and learn fitting standards.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams (merchandising, mechanical, etc.).
- Follow up on tasks to ensure timelines and the critical path are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field
- Strong interest in garment technology and product development
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
