KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the identification, tracking and coordination of technical critical paths to ensure timely project execution.
Collect, maintain and update technical data, records and reports to support operational activities and decision-making.
Observe work processes and standards, provide feedback and assist in day-to-day technical and operational tasks.
Learn and gain exposure to the end-to-end technical and operational processes within the department.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate in Textile and Apparel Engineering, Apparel Production and Management or Fashion Design and Product Development.
Good communication, teamwork and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic data handling, analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Skills Required
