KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in inventory receiving, storage, stock maintenance, system updates and basic warehouse operations while ensuring accurate record keeping and timely data reporting.
Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records, databases and operational systems.
Support data collection, analysis and preparation of reports and presentations for business decision-making.
Assist in monitoring data accuracy and ensuring timely updates within relevant systems.
Provide support in system handling, documentation and process-related administrative activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operational and analytical requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate or holder of a Degree in Physical Science, Management, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data analysis, inventory management and reporting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Good IT literacy with the ability to learn and operate business systems and applications.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate student or degree holder in Physical Science, Management, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, inventory management, and reporting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- IT literacy and ability to learn and operate business systems and applications
