Intern - Technical

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Intimates as an Intern ‐ Technical based at Bodyline, Horana to ensure designing of a product that delivers customer satisfaction, profitability and a smooth production flow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and maintaining technical scorecards, reports and performance-related documentation.
Support project tracking activities and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in gathering, validating and analyzing data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Gain hands-on experience with industry-specific technical tools, systems and processes used within the department.
Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and operational support.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate or holder of a Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, NDT or a related field.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes and systems.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, NDT, or a related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
