🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn posts, campus outreach)
  • Help organize recruitment drives and walk-in events
  • Draft job descriptions and assist in posting them on various platforms
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
🎯 Requirements:
  • Recently completed a Post Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for recruitment and people operations
  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
