¿Qué estamos buscando?
En Bizagi nos encontramos buscando en la búsqueda de nuestro practicante que nos apoye en soporte nivel 1, donde se encargara de todos los temas de hardware, sistemas, Microsoft 365 y todo lo operativo de soporte para cliente interno.
Responsabilidades
Recibir y dar solución de los tickets a través de Bizagi centra.
Recibirá tickets entre hardware como que no funciona el equipo, no tiene conexión a internet, no abren los sistemas.
Recibirá los programas no le están corriendo o necesita un requerimiento más avanzado de maquina o temas relacionados con Microsoft 365.
Competencias técnicas
Tener conocimientos en mantenimiento y reparación de computadores.
Tener conocimiento en Microsoft 365
Tener conocimiento en plataformas de gestión de tickets con Zendesk o teams.
Competencias Blandas
Tener una buena comunicación
Organización
Atención al detalle frente a los requerimientos que tengan con los clientes.
Estudiantes provenientes de los siguientes programas académico de pregrado
Universitario o Sena de:
Programas de sistemas
Programas de electrónica
Idiomas
Nivel Básico de inglés
Skills Required
- Knowledge in maintenance and repair of computers.
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with ticketing platforms (Zendesk or Microsoft Teams).
- Basic English proficiency.
- Enrolled student in Systems or Electronics program (Universitario or SENA).
- Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
