Marketing & Social Media Intern – Personal Branding & Content (Latin America)

Location: Bogotá
Team: Sales – Spanish-speaking South America (English a plus)
Duration: Internship (6–12 months)

Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern to support the regional sales team in Latin America with digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and personal brand positioning on LinkedIn.
The main objective will be to support the team’s and the region’s digital visibility strategy by contributing to content creation, visual asset design, and support in managing publications on professional social networks.
This person will work closely with the regional team to strengthen the company’s presence in the fintech and digital payments ecosystem in Latin America, supporting the execution of a consistent content strategy on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities
• Support the team in the creation and publication of content on LinkedIn
• Contribute to the execution of a consistent personal brand positioning strategy for the sales team
• Support the preparation of posts related to events, client meetings, and industry trends
• Write copy and texts for social media posts
• Propose content ideas related to digital payments, fintech, and financial technology
• Design simple visual assets for social media using tools such as Canva
• Support the digital promotion of events, webinars, and industry activities
• Collaborate in the planning of the content calendar and engagement tracking

Desired Profile
We are looking for someone who is studying Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Design, Business, or related fields, with an interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

We especially value familiarity with:
• LinkedIn and professional social networks
• Social media content creation
• Writing and copywriting
• Design tools such as Canva
• Basic knowledge of how LinkedIn algorithms work and best practices
• Interest in fintech, digital payments, or technology

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Colombia on a full-time basis. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status or work permit now or in the future.
