As an Intern in our Sales Operations team for the Public Sector (d/f/m), you will support Europe's leading HR software provider in driving growth within the Public Sector, Education & Research, and Non-Profit segments. You will play a key role in public tender processes, customer acquisition, and event organization, working closely with experienced sales professionals and cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects and contribute to our mission while developing your skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the .org (Public Sector, Education & Research, Non-Profit) Sales team in public tenders, customer acquisition, and event organization.
- Contribute to large-scale public tenders (contract volumes up to €1 Million), assist in bid management, and provide strategic reporting for public sector sales.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders on deal steering, optimization, and enablement initiatives.
- Take ownership of impactful projects, including the development of AI assistants and industry-specific sales tools.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, Salesforce reports, and support internal training for the sales teams.
- Proactively connect with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices in sales processes.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field (Bachelor's degree completed and currently pursuing or between Bachelor and Master's is preferred).
- Experience managing structured projects, either in university, internships, or other relevant settings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: solution-oriented, pragmatic, and able to work independently towards goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in the public sector or experience with public tenders is a plus, but not required.
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills are required.
- Based in Munich.
- Availability for six months.
