We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented college student to join our Sales Enablement team for Summer 2026. In this role, you will work directly with the enablement team to help manage and enhance Highspot—our central content management and sales enablement platform. You will play a meaningful role in organizing our content library, improving how our sales and revenue teams find and use materials, and building resources that help sellers engage buyers more effectively.
This is a hands-on, project-based internship where your contributions will have real impact. You will gain firsthand experience with the tools, processes, and strategies that power go-to-market (GTM) execution at a modern organization.
What You’ll Do (aka Responsibilities)
- Highspot Governance – Help maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date Highspot environment by auditing existing content, archiving outdated assets, and ensuring all materials follow established governance standards.
- Metadata & Asset Curation – Tag and categorize content in Highspot by adding accurate metadata (such as topic, audience, product, stage, and region) to make it easy for sellers to find the right asset at the right time.
- Sales Play Development – Assist in building and updating Highspot “Sales Plays”—guided collections of content and messaging designed to support specific go-to-market motions for different revenue teams (e.g., new business, expansion, partner sales).
- Platform Optimization – Identify opportunities to improve the Highspot experience for end users, including better navigation, smarter content groupings, and updated templates or layouts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with enablement team members and revenue stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize updates, and ensure Highspot reflects the current needs of the business.
- Ad Hoc Enablement Projects – Support additional projects and tasks as needed throughout the internship, such as content refreshes, team communications, and documentation updates.
What You'll Bring (aka Education, Skills)
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (any major welcome; Business, Communications, Marketing, or Information Systems a plus).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams—you should feel comfortable navigating these tools daily.
- Excellent attention to detail—accuracy matters when tagging content and maintaining platform data.
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to work through repetitive tasks carefully and consistently.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your own workload in a remote environment.
- Clear written communication skills—you’ll be documenting work and collaborating with team members virtually.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn—no prior experience with Highspot or sales enablement is required.
We’re looking for candidates who bring the following:
