We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Intern to help us scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. You will be instrumental in building out foundational courses for our sales teams to learn and grow. You’ll work directly with the Enablement team to build out courses in our Learning Management System (LMS), create engaging course content, and help our new hires hit the ground running.
A successful candidate will be well-organized, creative, and eager to learn how a high-performing revenue team operates behind the scenes.
The role provides an excellent learning opportunity specifically for those interested in Sales and Sales Enablement as a discipline, with exposure to Cybersecurity as an industry, and tools such as TalentLMS, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as Gemini.
Key Responsibilities
- Course Architecture & Building: Work with the enablement team to build out foundational courses within TalentLMS.
- Content Creation: Translate larger video content into digestible learning modules using the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and AI-assisted tools like Gemini.
- Multimedia Support: Assist in "amplifying" our enablement efforts through basic video editing, slide deck design, and creative asset management.
- Project Management: Help track overall 2026 enablement program.
- Impact Analysis: Support the team in measuring rep confidence and competency to ensure our training actually works.
What You’ll Learn & Gain
- The Discipline of Sales Enablement: Move beyond "sales" and learn the strategic science of how to empower a global GTM team.
- Learning Management System Administration: Gain hands-on expertise in TalentLMS, a highly marketable skill in the SaaS and Corporate Training world.
- Advanced Tech Stack: Deepen your proficiency in Google Suite and explore the frontier of AI in the workplace via Gemini.
- GTM Strategy: Understand the mechanics of "ramp time," how to improve performance, and rep confidence. How to help sales teams be smarter and more efficient.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- The "Builder" Mindset: You enjoy taking a messy pile of information and organizing it into a clear, logical flow.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite is a must; experience with video editing software or LMS platforms is a huge plus.
- Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
- Self-Starter: You aren’t afraid to ask questions, but you’re also comfortable taking a project and running with it.
Time Commitment
- Hours per week: 15-20 hours, with flexibility based on your course schedule.
- Working hours: Remote-friendly with regular check-ins during North American business hours is required.
Benefits
This is an unpaid internship offered for academic credit only; monetary compensation is not available. The primary goal is the intern's education and training, not to generate immediate advantage for the employer. The experience is designed to provide valuable, hands-on learning similar to an educational environment, and there is no guarantee of a paid position at the conclusion of the internship. The intern will work under close supervision of existing staff and will not displace regular employees.
