Own and improve Falcon, Azul’s LLVM-based optimizing JIT compiler, across performance analysis, optimization design, implementation, validation, and code generation for x86_64 and AArch64. Develop compiler optimizations, investigate customer performance issues, contribute upstream to LLVM, review code, mentor engineers, and deliver measurable improvements on real workloads.

Own optimization pipeline architecture, compile-time budgets, tiering strategy, hardware enablement, and performance validation. Mentor senior engineers, review critical designs, and represent Azul in LLVM community discussions and upstream contributions.

Supports AI agent and Claude skill development for IT and security workflows, including MCP connector integration, prompt engineering, testing, and documentation. Assists with security operations such as log review, alert triage, and incident documentation. Provides IT operations and helpdesk support involving hardware procurement, onboarding and offboarding, Jamf device management, SaaS access requests, and Confluence knowledge-base maintenance.

Own and improve Falcon, Azul’s LLVM-based JIT compiler, by designing, implementing, and validating optimizations across its middle and back ends. Responsibilities include code generation for x86_64 and AArch64, customer performance investigations, compiler performance analysis, code review, mentoring, and delivering measurable improvements to production workloads.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance Java backend services for Azul Optimizer Hub. Develop APIs, protocols, data storage, distributed components, observability tools, and real-time optimization engines communicating with JVMs across cloud and on-premises environments. Diagnose complex production issues, conduct performance analysis, create benchmarks, participate in design reviews, and improve scalability, concurrency, and low-latency performance.

Manages Azul’s global channel operations, including partner programs, rebates, referral fees, MDF, onboarding, compliance, enablement, contracting, support, and partner data. Owns PRM, Salesforce, partner portal, reporting, deal registration, certification tracking, and marketplace operations. Partners with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to improve program efficiency, incentives, compliance, and partner growth across distributors and resellers.

Sell Azul’s enterprise software products to new and existing clients across the Nordics. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing a 3X quota pipeline, cultivating client relationships, closing monthly and quarterly business, and winning competitive deals with Sales Engineer support. The role requires extensive new-business software sales experience, channel-partner experience, consultative selling, deal qualification, multilevel selling, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Drive North American sales for Azul Prime through new customer acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients. Manage the full enterprise software sales cycle, build a 3X pipeline, forecast accurately, conduct technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept, negotiate contracts, and close business. Partner with sales engineers, marketing, and customer success while maintaining activity records in Salesforce. The role targets enterprise customers across online retail, e-commerce, ad-tech, gaming, financial services, and infrastructure technology.

Build and grow Azul's partner channel across Germany by identifying, qualifying and enabling reseller partners. Drive partner recruitment, training, and joint go-to-market activities, qualify inbound leads, maintain accurate SFDC records, collaborate with sales and marketing, and support closing complex enterprise deals. Travel across the region occasionally.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive North American sales for Azul's cloud solutions, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage clients and close deals.

The Software Sales Specialist will drive sales growth for the Platform Prime customer base by acquiring new clients and cross-selling to existing customers, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements to secure the technical win: run hands-on pilots and POCs, benchmark and tune JVM performance, analyze GC/JIT logs, present results to technical and executive stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, support territory strategy, mentor SEs, and evangelize the product to grow and retain enterprise customers.

The Senior Technical Account Manager drives adoption of Azul Prime in strategic customer accounts by providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize Java application performance.

Design and implement new features and optimizations in the Falcon JIT compiler (based on LLVM) for Java bytecode. Improve LLVM performance for managed languages, perform performance analysis, contribute to OpenJDK, and collaborate with a distributed team of compiler experts.

Develop and optimize low-level C++ components of the JVM (OpenJDK/HotSpot), including garbage collection and compiler runtimes. Build and maintain distributed client-server communication (gRPC/HTTP/HTTP2), perform debugging and profiling, lead complex projects, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality, performance-tested solutions.
