Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.00 - $20.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About Our Internship
The Sales Enablement Summer Intern - Commercial is not your traditional intern position. We act as consultants, utilizing a unique blend of sales skills, marketing automation and data-driven approaches to support our larger sales teams. Using various sales tools and tactics our team acts as a lead qualification center where targeted “net new” leads and opportunities are identified and qualified, then shared for further engagement. By providing a “white glove” approach to our prospects and clients, we assist in helping cast a wider net to bring in new business or offer additional bank-wide solutions to our current customers.
The summer internship session will begin on Tuesday, May 18, 2027, and will run for 11 weeks, ending on Friday, July 30, 2027. Internships are paid, full-time opportunities with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

Essential Functions
Assisted by the current Sales Enablement team, help our designated sales teams/markets find and utilize the appropriate prospecting and marketing resources for sales efforts and campaign tactics.
Fulfill the lead generation role to identify high value prospects utilizing; ZoomInfo, Salesforce.com, DNB, LinkedIn, and any new data/research tools.
Assist with basic CRM activities including reviewing dashboards and campaign activities with the Team Lead for our campaign data. The fully qualified lists are then placed into the CRM and assigned to individual sales personnel.
Attend sales team meetings, shadow sales calls, and interact regularly with the sales teams, to gather and analyze business needs and goals with respect to pipeline growth and Sales Enablement.
Assist with special projects as needed and supported by the Sales Enablement team including the support of our corporate priority “Blue Chip” projects.
Research current/competitor sales trends for latest sales tactics and strategies and present innovative ideas for sales and marketing content/strategies.
Participate in Salesforce.com training modules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid/Flexible, with days on site varying by rotational assignment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong aptitude in, problem solving, people skills, analytics, and a motivation to succeed.
Competency with Microsoft Office applications and data management software. Salesforce.com experience a plus.
Inquisitive, agile, and strong collaborator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and bring ideas to the team to grow our content resources and outreach.
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values.
Motivated and organized initiative-taker with strong diligence and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Basic/Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Prefer a Junior/Senior working towards a degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field. Working towards a Sales Certification a plus. Previous work experience in sales or the customer service sector. PC Skills include Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel, Social Media resources, and more advanced research experience a plus.
